List Serve

The Delaware Respiratory Care has an interactive communication tool known as a list serv. The list serv allows the Board to communicate with its members in a rapid email fashion. The list serv employs a "moderator" that screens messages prior to their posting to the list. The use of a moderator cuts down on the volume of mail not suited for the list. The list is also blocked so that the members emails cannot be spammed.

List members can email the list to ask questions or share ideas and resources. You must be add yourself to the list before you can email the list. The list is currently configured to prevent any attachments from being sent to the list, thereby reducing the chance of any virus spreading to all the members of the list.

Any respiratory practitioner can add themselves or remove themselves from the list at any time by simply sending an email to: dsrc.org@gmailcom

The list serve has become an effective communication tool for our organization. The Board plans to distribute its newsletter (alert updates) via the list and other society events. The email address for the list is listserv@delawarelung.org.

If you would like to post a message to those on the list serve, click on the link above.

If you have specific questions regarding the list serv, or have difficulty adding yourself or removing yourself from the list, simply email the webmaster with your request to be removed or added. If you know of another organization that would like a list serv, please email the webmaster for information on list set-up and design.

To be removed from the list, send an email to dsrc.org@gmailcomand type the following with out the quotes "unsubscribe dsrc youremail@yourdomain.com" in the body of the email.
